Paul Condon's uplifting story is one we've all heard dozens of times. Two years ago, he was living with major obesity, weighing roughly 500 pounds. There were days when he could barely even get himself up out of bed, and his loving wife was worried about him. Finally, one day he decided to make a change. He started exercising regularly, controlling his diet, and generally trying to live a healthier lifestyle.
Today, he still has a long way to go, but his results these days are undeniable: he has become two men each weighing 250 pounds. He says he finally feels like he has his life back, and he feels amazing.
